Experience level: 6 years
Must have at least 3 full life cycle implementations on IBM Sterling OMS 9.5 and above.
IBM Sterling OMS Implementation:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) solutions.
Customize and configure Sterling OMS to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Order Management Process Optimization:
Analyze existing order management processes and identify areas for improvement using IBM Sterling OMS.
Develop and implement solutions to optimize order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service processes.
System Integration:
Integrate IBM Sterling OMS with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, and eCommerce platforms.
Ensure seamless data flow and communication between systems to enhance overall business operations.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to IBM Sterling OMS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and implement corrective actions.
Custom Development and Enhancements:
