Horticultural Installation Technician

This role requires a combination of horticultural knowledge, physical ability, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, load, and deliver horticultural products and seasonal décor to client sites.
- Install plants and décor according to client specifications and company standards.
- Maintain plant health and appearance through proper care and maintenance.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Strong horticultural knowledge and plant care experience.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
