Duties
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in the care of trees, including pruning and planting as necessary.
- Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other plants while ensuring proper watering and fertilization.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, demonstrating mechanical knowledge when required.
- Engage in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Build and maintain landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
- Experience with snow plowing is a plus.
- Knowledge of tree care practices including planting, pruning, and disease management.
