Natural Retreats is hiring an experienced Property Manager to join our Park City, UT team! The Property Manager will oversee executive level, luxury Alaya Collection properties under Natural Retreats’ Park City management. This team member will be the sole point of contact for their assigned owners and is expected to provide exceptional, above-and-beyond service. The Property Manager will also ensure each property meets the highest standards in the areas of cleaning, staging and maintenance. Core duties include executing the overall organization and management of the properties, coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and other vendors, making sure all inspections are performed, and general administrative tasks related to the job.

- Act as the main point of contact for client relations matters regarding Natural Retreats partners and owners
- Work with management to oversee owner and guest services and to fulfill owner and guest requests
- Oversee vendor relationships
- Collaborate and follow up with maintenance and housekeeping management regarding needed services
- Assist with onboarding new owners for property management services
- Ensure all homes are up to Natural Retreats brand standards
- Assist Guest Services with pre-arrival inspections for owner arrivals
- Arrange all new property files and organize filing of owner statements each month
- Approve vendor invoices and bill owner statements
- Assist with developing strategies to implement within the management contract which will achieve the desired competitive edge
- Develop and maintain quality relationships owners and with community members
- Ensure ongoing, open, honest, and timely communication with owners, manager, and onsite staff
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting all NR destinations and services to guests and colleagues
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management
- Valid Driver License, good MVR and 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and additional ability to learn and excel at new software programs
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications to multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to make and cultivate strong personal connections and relationships with homeowners utilizing skills such as:

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the Property Manager should be flexible with their hours. Weekend and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. The Team Member should be available in case of an emergency, which includes evenings and on-call hours. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season.
