NaturaLawn of America, a leader in organic-based lawn care, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greenville, SC. This part-time role is crucial in supporting our daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and an engaging personality to assist with both administrative tasks and customer interactions. Sales commissions can be earned beyond the hourly wage, providing an opportunity for additional income.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daily operations
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with file organization and document management
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Engage with potential customers during the sign-up/sales process
- Work with current customers on adding services to their account
- Perform posting of operations work
- Perform deposits and manage accounts receivable
- Part-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:30pm with a half-hour break (30 hours weekly)
Qualifications
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience in administrative or office management roles is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Calendar
- Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
