Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support the NaturaLawn's growth objectives and drive uniformity across the franchise system.
- Coordinate with the VP of Sales and Business development regarding franchise system growth objectives.
- Ensure consistency, uniformity, and integrity throughout the franchise system, and how it relates to branding, advertising, best practices, and benchmarking.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness amongst team of Regional Managers.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in operational processes.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance, foster professional growth, and build a high-performing team.
- Oversee Regional Manager coaching of the independent franchise owners for an outcome of driving growth.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an operations leadership role, and revenue growth in previous position. Preferably in a franchise system.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
