Mosquito Ranger®, another environmentally responsible service offered by NaturaLawn of America, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the Manager in Training position at both of our Newport News and Virginia Beach locations. The Manager in Training will be responsible for overseeing mosquito control operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the team in achieving operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage mosquito control applications in the Hampton Roads market.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Train and support team members in effective mosquito control techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in mosquito control applications.
- Active Registered Technician or hgher Pesticide License in Virginia.
- Valid driver's license with minimal infractions in the last three years.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks such as walking, sitting, and kneeling.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and with a positive attitude.
- Availability for overtime and occasional Saturday work.
