- Set your schedule, manage transportation, and bring your own cleaning supplies.
- Responsible for your taxes, liability insurance, and legal compliance.
- Maintain control over how you perform your work.
What We’re Looking For:
- Residential cleaning experience: 3 years required.
- Professionalism: Reliable, organized, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and a smartphone.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean homes to meet sanitation and client standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members (must speak English)
- Provide exceptional service with honesty and positivity.
Requirements for ICs:
- Supply your own cleaning materials.
- Obtain liability insurance (if not already covered).
