Job Title: Qualifying Supervising Professional (QSP) – Contract Position
Location: Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$150/hour, depending on experience
Reports To: Program Director
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing, values-driven small business that brings a neurodiverse lens to EIDBI (Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention) services. Unlike most area therapy centers grounded in ABA therapy, we offer a play-based, nature-forward model that meets the child exactly where they are—honoring their gifts, challenges, and individuality.
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to join our team on a contract basis. You will provide clinical oversight for EIDBI services, guide practitioners with a holistic and respectful lens, and help ensure high-quality, regulation-compliant care for autistic and neurodivergent children.

- Supervise Level I and Level II Providers delivering EIDBI services
- Review and co-sign individualized treatment plans and documentation to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide diagnostic insight and support, including guidance on treatment planning
- Offer clinical mentorship and feedback, aligned with trauma-informed, strengths-based care
- Maintain documentation in accordance with Minnesota statutes and EIDBI requirements
- Participate in virtual or in-person consultation and supervision sessions as needed
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted Minnesota license and meet one of the following:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed under sections 148.171 to 148.285, and certified as either:

- Certified (or board-eligible) in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry
OR
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) under sections 148B.29 to 148B.392
OR
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) under section 148B.5301
Additional Requirements
- At least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience or training in examining or treating individuals with ASD or a related condition,
OR documented graduate-level coursework from an accredited university in:

- Strong working knowledge of neurodevelopmental differences, especially autism
- Comfort with holistic, relational, and play-based models of care
Why Join Us?
- Work with a mission-aligned team that sees the child as whole—not broken
- Collaborate in a setting that prioritizes creative play, nervous system support, and nature-based interventions
- Be part of a movement shifting away from compliance-driven approaches toward empowerment, connection, and growth
- Engage with a company that values equity, sustainability, and ongoing personal development
