Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with upper management to understand and execute the vision and growth strategies for each brand.
- Ensure all brand initiatives align with the company’s sustainability goals and long-term business objectives.
- Define, maintain, and differentiate each brand’s identity to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop tailored strategies for each brand to enhance market positioning and customer engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing) across all e-commerce brands.
- Oversee seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand values and strategies.
- Coordinate with product development teams to ensure offerings align with customer needs and market trends.
- Oversee product listings, pricing, and descriptions across e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure product quality standards are consistently met.
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates) to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Present actionable insights and progress reports to upper management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to achieve cohesive execution of brand strategies.
- Serve as the key point of contact between upper management and brand teams to ensure alignment and communication.
- Develop customer-centric strategies to build loyalty and enhance the customer experience across all e-commerce brands.
- Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain positive brand reputations.
- Balance priorities effectively across multiple brands, ensuring timely and quality execution of all tasks and initiatives.
- Implement workflows and scalable processes to manage simultaneous projects efficiently.
- Other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience managing multiple brands in an e-commerce or consumer goods environment, preferably in food and beverage.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Excel.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
