Job Description:
- Supervise Daily Activities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring staff take breaks and lunches on schedule.
- Manage Discounts and Pricing: Resolve pricing issues within the Point of Sale system.
- Maintain Store Cleanliness: Ensure the store remains welcoming and organized throughout shifts.
- Open and Close the Store: Prepare cash drawers, balance transactions, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Escalated Customer Service: Address any customer concerns or issues that may arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous Retail Experience: Proven management skills and experience in customer service.
- Cannabis Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with state regulations and industry standards.
- Counting and Record-Keeping: Accuracy in counting money and tracking cash movements.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong communication skills to motivate staff and provide excellent customer service.
