We are looking for a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team at Nature's Path. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various pieces of equipment in our production facility, while ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automated packaging & processing equipment, including setting up machinery and ensuring production materials are readily available.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Inspect production runs and document results, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize production processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attendance record and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing experience an asset
- Knowledge of industrial technology and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
