JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help support our supply chain and manufacturing team. This strategic role involves partnering with our HR Director and Supply Chain leaders to drive business goals, support talent management initiatives, and foster a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Partnership :

Collaborate with HR Director, supply chain and manufacturing leaders to better understand business strategies, workforce planning, and talent management needs to create actionable HR plans.
Partner with supply chain leaders to ensure that operational excellence training is developed and ensure employees are trained in applicable centers of excellence, (solid dose, stick pack, liquid line, quality, purchasing, planning and logistics). Follow lean manufacturing processes to minimize waste and improve manufacturing output.

Talent Management :

Collaborate with HR Directors and hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent in supply chain, manufacturing, customer support roles and other positions as needed.

Create and conduct onboarding and safety training.

Employee Relations :

Parter with HR Director to be a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing workplace concerns and resolving conflicts.

Assist HR Director and Supply Chain Leaders with preparing Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) documentation to ensure employees sign documentation.

Foster a positive work environment by implementing engaging strategies and promoting open communication.

HR Operations :

Manage FMLA and return to work leave

Manage worker's compensation claims management

Assist HR Director with HR projects and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain and manufacturing teams.

Partner with HR Director on Benefit administration to ensure timely follow-up, review and audit monthly reports.

Assist HR Director and Safety Manager to plan and create annual safety training. Ensure all employees are training.

Update job descriptions

Update policies & procedures

Partner with HR to update HRIS and SharePoint systems

Data and Analytics :

Utilize HR data to provide insights and recommendations to HR Director and Supply Chain leaders that drive business decisions.

Share key HR metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.

Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Experience, Skills & Competencies :

3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Experience as an HRBP in a Manufacturing facility or similar strategic HR role.

Prefer supply chain, and manufacturing experience preferred.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand operational needs.

Experience creating training programs

Excellent employee relations, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex employee relations issues.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment :

Work in Spanish Fork, and Lehi Utah offices
