The Role :
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely maintenance of internal and external technical documentation, adhering to meticulous standards. Reports directly to the Director of Research and Product Development.
R&I Document Dntegrity Specialist
- Documents with precision technical information in internal and external portals ( customers);
- Participates in the verification of technical information from internal, supplier and customer.
- Ensures the conformity of technical information in the various portals, internal and external.
- Communicates relevant technical information clearly and effectively with internal departments, such as sales, quality assurance, etc., as well as customers and suppliers.
- Work on special projects such as the implementation of new software across the network (spec management system, Nutritional database optimization )
- Follow, maintain , update, and create new procedures on request.
- Work with PD to create, update, and maintain internal documentation accuracy. (Create preliminary specifications, customer specifications, purchasing specifications, QAS, etc.)
Collaborate with New Launches and Item Setup.
Continuous Improvement & Cross-functional Training.
