We are seeking a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to manage paid search campaigns on Google & Bing, and various social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on driving traffic, generating leads, and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CTO and Marketing Team to build a comprehensive marketing plan focused on user acquisition in the B2B and B2C markets.
- Auditing the existing Google Ads account, identifying gaps in campaign structure, keyword targeting, and ad performance to build a roadmap for improvements.
- Use AI-powered tools to optimize high-converting legacy campaigns and bidding strategies and increase lead quality.
- Identify critical bottlenecks in the user journey and suggest strategic system changes to improve the conversion rate of web users into customers.
- Set up tracking for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads for comprehensive data collection to enable informed decision-making on marketing performance.
- Test key performance metrics like CPC, CTR, CTA, and conversions, as well as data-driven adjustments to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Perform opportunity analysis, keyword research, campaign setup, and optimization.
- Create strategies to increase the number of visitors to the brand websites through SEO/keyword search and improve online presence and customer engagement.
- Manage affiliate and influencer marketing.

Qualifications:

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices. Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate results and recommendations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign setup and management.
