Staff Accountant

Job Summary :

J Brothers Investments LLC is on the search for a meticulous and driven Staff Accountant to join our vibrant finance team. You'll be at the heart of our financial operations, handling everything from preparing financial statements to managing accounts payable and receivable, all while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights.
• Support the implementation of new accounting procedures and improvements in processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and standards.
• Prepare and file various tax returns and reports as required .
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Salary : $60,000 - $68,000
