We are seeking an Seasonal Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and assisting with various clerical duties. Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
