POSITION: Supply Solutions Specialist

LOCATION: Remote - East Coast

SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This position is centered on enhancing Natus Sensory’s market presence by cultivating new accounts and maximizing revenue potential with current customer relationships. By utilizing targeted prospecting, strategic account planning, and proactive sales and marketing efforts, the Supply Solutions Specialist will be essential in promoting and selling a diverse array of sensory solutions. This individual is dedicated to providing exceptional customer value while consistently surpassing growth objectives in supply sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales and Promotion: Promoting and selling Natus Sensory’s supply products to hospitals and private facilities through various communication channels.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with field District Sales Managers to focus on supply sales.
  • Territory Management: Covering a defined territory and meeting annual sales quotas.
  • KPI Achievement: Meeting key performance indicators such as calls per day, emails per day, and conversion rates.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all activities and reporting information as required.
  • Lead Evaluation: Qualifying leads from tradeshows, conferences, and other sources.
  • Prospecting: Continuously creating prospects to develop new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Order Management: Placing sample orders with customer service for qualified customers.
  • Customer Support: Responding to customer questions about assigned products.
  • Data Management: Using company systems to manage data regarding prospective and existing customers.
  • Promotion Quoting: Quoting current product promotions and working with the sales team and marketing during promotion periods.
  • Judgment and Knowledge: Exercising judgment within defined procedures and having thorough knowledge of company products and services.
  • Quality System Compliance: Staying up-to-date with and following all Quality System procedures related to the job.


Travel Required:

Minimal travel. Up to 15% domestic or international travel.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position does not have any direct or indirect reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years work related experience in sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team both inside and outside of the Company.
  • Prior experience in clinical sales in the medical device industry preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Salesforce, and other data management tools.
  • Knowledge of Natus products and services is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Frequent use of a computer for data entry, email communication, and CRM system management.
  • Depending on the territory and specific job requirements, occasional travel to meet with clients or attend tradeshows and conferences may be necessary.

Pay Transparency

Compensation Range: $55,000 to $70,000 plus commission

Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. Natus offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k employer contributions, paid time off, and much more.
