What You’ll Do

• Oversee and drive the success of a team of 10-25 technicians, guiding them to achieve key scorecard goals in safety and productivity.
• Facilitate and deliver training to ensure each technician fulfills their potential, embracing both company policies and new technologies.
• Maintain high productivity and ensure that preventive maintenance is timely and accurate, managing all aspects of service delivery.

Your Impact

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling inquiries and resolving billing issues efficiently.
• Inspire and support technicians, fostering development plans and weekly one-on-ones to keep goals on track.
• Perform regular audits to ensure excellent service quality and client satisfaction.

Competencies Required: Exceptional communication, leadership, technical and financial acumen, and organizational skills.

Experience/Education: A high school diploma or its equivalent with proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior supervisory experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually

Work Location: Multiple locations
