This role is great for Cape Cod locals or South Shore candidates who are comfortable traveling to our Brewster Office or to properties 2-3 days per week while working remotely the rest of the time.

What You Will Be Doing
Guest and Owner Communications
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and homeowners
- Respond to guest inquiries, close bookings, and resolve any issues
- Act as a primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring strong communication and trust
Operations and Property Support
- Oversee property readiness and turnovers (weekends required in-season)
- Troubleshoot guest and property issues, coordinating with vendors when needed
- Assist with onboarding new properties, updating listings, and managing property details
- Support scheduling, research, and company growth projects
What We Are Looking For

- Strong communication skills – You will be the face of Nauset Rental for many guests and homeowners
- Detail-oriented and proactive – You anticipate issues before they happen
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and learning new software
- Reliable transportation – You will be visiting properties across Cape Cod regularly
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management
- Are familiar with reservation or CRM software
- Love problem-solving and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Schedule and Requirements
- Hybrid role – 2 to 3 days per week on Cape Cod, with the rest remote (if desired)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Summer weekends required (Saturdays a must), plus rotating on-call schedule
