Duties
- Greeting clients, making them feel welcome
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
- Scheduling of all appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote efficiency.
- Document customer interactions in our computerized system for future reference.
Skills
- Strong office skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette to ensure clear and professional communication.
- Experience in cash handling with a strong understanding of financial transactions.
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to conduct outbound calling effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
