Sales and Customer Support Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You will assist customers in selecting products, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and in storage areas.
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
• Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining organization.
