Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating development and execution of an installation-wide energy program, to include energy conservation, renewable energy and energy security requirements;.2) Identifying program requirements, monitoring and recommending resource changes, promoting energy awareness, and collaborating within a matrix organization to accomplish energy goals; and 3) Utilizing extensive knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, methods, and precedents and providing facility support service and energy expertise to the installation.
