You will serve as a Interdisciplinary Engineer/Architect in the Program and Project Management Division of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, for GS-13, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) planning and project development for military construction (MCON) and facilities repair projects in accordance with DoD policy and regulations; 2) communicating complex facilities issues via policy papers, executive summaries, and verbally; 3) managing facilities projects and planning studies; developing and tracking key milestones (design start, Authority to Advertise, Construction Award); and 4) Applying knowledge of DoD laws, policies and regulations regarding the classification and funding of MCON and repair projects.
