This position has a Selective Placement Factor (SPF) which is current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) in any state, District of Columbia, Guam or Puerto Rico. You must provide a copy of your current registration with your application. ***NOTE: A copy of your current license/registration showing the expiration date MUST be submitted with your application in order to be considered for this position. A copy of a wall certificate that does not have an expiration date will not serve to verify this requirement. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provides guidance in applying appropriate laws, executive orders, DOD regulations related to any DOD Military Construction Program or similar in the Private or Public Sector. 2) Manages receipt, determination of requirement, and allocation and disbursement of design and construction funds for any DOD Military Construction Program or similar in the Private or Public Sector. 3) Reviews and coordinates approval of all Construction Contract Awards, escalations, and reprogramming (applicable to DOD Military Construction Programs, only).
