Duties
Advise management on the interpretation and application of negotiated agreements.
Serve as chief negotiator or technical advisor to management negotiating teams for mid-term and term bargaining.
Provide overall advice and assistance on management-employee relations, discipline, adverse actions, grievances, performance management and recognition, employee counseling, and related functions.
Review and advise management on performance plans and provides technical information on performance management systems.
Hear and resolve employee complaints, refers grievance and more serious unresolved complaints to higher-level management with recommendations for resolution.
What you need:
United States Citizenship Required
Ability to Obtain Secret Government Security Clearance
3-5 years planning, developing, promoting, and coordinating multiple labor relations, employee relations and human resources development programs
3-5 years serving as a management representative
3-5 years preparing management positions in negotiability issues
3-5 years providing comprehensive employee relations/labor relations and human resources development support
