Job Description
This role is responsible for managing construction projects and project teams that support improvement projects for the construction division including defining, planning, and ensuring execution of all tasks necessary to meet project objectives. Specific responsibilities include creating and maintaining the project team infrastructure, obtaining necessary resources to support the project, defining project scope and work breakdown structure, developing cost estimates and resources loaded schedules, evaluating change requests and approving or rejecting as appropriate, managing overall costs verses budget, managing subcontracted relationships, identifying and mitigating project risks, interfacing with and integrating the efforts of stakeholders, support personnel and line management to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Required Combination Of Knowledge And Skill
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
