The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Emergency Planning Engineer to join our team at the Naval Reactors Facility in Idaho Falls, ID.
This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to the development and execution of site evaluation exercises, outreach with outside agencies, managing emergency response organization qualification program and records, conduct and develop training for responders, manage emergency equipment to ensure constant ready for use status, and managing emergency plans and procedures.
This position requires strong communication and presentation skills to interact with senior staff members and outside regulators. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science related field and 4 years of relevant experience are required, or a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
