Navan is looking for a Contract Recruiter to come in and help recruit and scale our teams supporting both technical and non-technical roles across the United States. You will play a critical role partnering across the business driving end-to-end recruiting. You will lead from the front by setting high recruiting standards with a focus on candidate experience and hitting key hiring metrics at all stages of the recruiting cycle.

What You'll Do
Pay Range: $67,500 USD - $120,000 USD

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, and close candidates taking a proactive data-driven approach
- Demonstrated experience sourcing top talent through out of box sourcing strategies
- Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company
- Act as an advocate for both clients and candidates; establish regular touch points and maintain thorough follow through
- Utilize existing tools to source and discover innovative ways to engage candidates
- Partner closely with stakeholders across the company to drive results
- 3-4 years of technical and/or non-technical recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Creative and effective sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a strong sense of urgency
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders
- Strong focus on client and candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
