Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Accountant located in Shelton, CT. The Property Accountant will be fully responsible for all property accounting functions, including but not limited to: financial statement review and preparation, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable review and processing, accrual accounting, journal entries, etc.
Qualifications
- Financial Statement review and reporting
- Journal Entries (accrual & cash)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Accounting field
- Proficient Microsoft Office experience
- Property Accounting experience preferred
