The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

The role of aRecruitment Consultant is a dynamic varied and demanding 360 recruitment role, here at Navartis we want to support, train and develop you so your full potential is reached. You will be responsible for sourcing, headhunting and matching candidates to your clients' permanent vacancies.

You will become a specialist in your industry sector which will enable you to build and develop strong, long lasting relationships with both your clients and candidates alike. The role is telephone intensive and requires someone who is proactive, passionate and focused on getting results.

Key responsibilities

· Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies

· Developing a good understanding of clients and their business is key in order to build better, stronger relationships with client companies.

· Attracting candidates by using a wide range of means including using social media, seeking referrals, networking and utilising job boards

· Screening and interviewing candidates via the telephone and face to face

· Take a consultative approach to both your clients and candidates giving advice on salary levels, market knowledge and career opportunities.

Location:

Located in the heart of Houston’s City Center, the Navartis Houston office is positioned just a few miles from Houston’s vital Energy Corridor. Positioned off the main thoroughfare of Town and Country Boulevard, this creative workplace is based at CityCentre, an upscale commercial development with open-air plazas, green spaces, and a host of retail, dining and entertainment venues. Spaces occupies five floors of a central lot, providing a curated selection of private offices, inspirational meeting spaces, shared lounges and even top-floor balconies with views across the mixed-use campus.
