- Handle leveraged finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan agreements, credit facilities, and related documents.
- Advise clients on finance-related matters, focusing on leveraged buyouts, refinancing, and credit facility agreements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure and execute complex transactions.
- Provide legal support and strategic advice on financing arrangements and associated risks.
- Licensed to practice in New York.
- Minimum of 4 years of leveraged finance experience.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
- Produce high-quality, timely work products and meet deadlines.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple priorities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
