- Represent lender-side clients in commercial finance matters, including technology, life sciences, and middle-market company loans.
- Provide expert legal counsel to banks and private credit funds.
- Draft and negotiate loan agreements, securities, and other finance-related documents.
- Work closely with clients, legal teams, and business professionals to deliver high-quality results.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice areas to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application (Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, or San Francisco).
- 4 years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters.
- Experience with banks and/or private credit funds is preferred.
- Experience with technology, life sciences, and middle-market clients is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
