What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investor Relations Associate - Mid Market PE GP position at Venture Search?
We are currently partnered with a PE Fund looking to add an Investor Relations professional to its New York team. The company has been in the market for over 10 years and is one of the market leaders in its field.
The IR Associate will sit within the IR team and play a pivotal part in supporting the fundraising process, completing day-to-day project management responsibilities and co-ordinating marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Senior IR team to organise roadshows, meeting notes, and investor follow-ups.
- Assist in the production of pitchbooks, teasers and other marketing materials.
- Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies and support with relevant press releases.
- Update and Maintain CRM
- Support with the organisation of investor events and AGM’s
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role at another private markets fund or placement agent
- Experience in working with closed-ended funds is a must
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
