Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the family by coordinating various tasks and services.
- Oversee day-to-day activities at the main residence and four auxiliary properties, as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements with contractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Act as a point of contact for contractors and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and be available on-call to address any urgent matters.
