Responsibilities :
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding the company's market presence and driving revenue
Find, penetrate, and develop target accounts, design tailored solutions, and close deals
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel engineers, general managers, and corporate leaders
Create personalized business plans for customer accounts to maximize satisfaction and profitability
Leverage networking opportunities through local associations and trade events to expand reach
Design and implement a prospecting plan to identify and execute new sales opportunities
Sell the full portfolio of services, including kitchen exhaust cleaning and compliance solutions, to new and select existing customers
Develop detailed account profiles and prepare sales reports to track progress and achieve assigned objectives
Stay informed about the company's evolving product offerings, industry standards, and market trends
Continuously enhance product and industry knowledge, as well as interpersonal and sales skills
Collaborate with team members across departments to share insights and optimize results
Represent the company at industry trade shows, company events, and networking opportunities
Maintain awareness of competitor activities and market data to refine strategies
Requirements :
Proven success in B2B sales, with a focus on identifying, selling, and closing new business opportunities
Knowledge of or experience selling into hospitality, food and beverage, or healthcare industries is ideal.
Demonstrated ability to successfully sell to top management and decision-makers in competitive markets.
Must be Tech Savvy and proficiency and able to work with CRM systems and digital sales tools
Self-starter who is highly motivated, optimistic, and authentic in demeanor and approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to blend humor, authenticity, and intelligence to engage decision-makers and close deals
A track record as a high achiever with strong independent work ethic and self-confidence
Internally motivated to succeed, with a genuine desire to help clients and sell solutions that make an impact
Knowledge of the cleaning and fire protection industry is a bonus but not required.
Education : A College Degree is preferred but not required
