- Manage all used equipment inventories, to include pricing, quoting and other related sales resources
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic equipment wholesaler, key vendor and service contractors
- Partner with the service department to manage the lead time of the used equipment reconditioning process
- Partner with Outside Sales Representatives by conducting monthly joint sales calls
- Partner with senior management on used equipment marketing efforts
- Manage and coordinate requests received from other branches or support groups
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Preferred Experience:
- 5 years leading a material handling service or sales department.
- 2 years in project management.
- 10 years managing capital equipment inventory.
- Material handling industry experience, including sales and inventory control.
- Working with wholesalers and managing large inventories.
- Expertise in valuing, purchasing, and selling equipment.
- Skills:
- Strong customer service, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding leadership and people development skills.
- Solid financial acumen with strong problem analysis and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and presenting products to customers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
