• Receive and process shipper-to-shipper transfer data; update systems accordingly to reflect ownership changes.

• Validate and allocate incoming and downstream volumes using data from measurement systems, nominations, and third-party reports.

• Collaborate with Operations teams to identify ticket discrepancies, and resolve data integrity issues prior to closing.

• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with executed commercial agreements, including published tariff rates, MVCs, storage commitments, and throughput arrangements.

• Prepare and distribute accurate customer invoices, shipper statements, and supporting schedules based on validated data.

• Coordinate the submission of invoices via email or customer platforms (e.g., OpenInvoice) and maintain distribution lists for accurate and timely delivery.

• Record, analyze, and reconcile monthly revenue related to pipeline transportation, storage, terminaling, and buy/sell agreements.

• Monitor revenue activity for anomalies and prepare necessary adjustments and journal entries, including for deferred revenue recognition and accruals.

• Track and validate cash receipts; follow up on outstanding payments and ensure correct application.

• Reconcile Accounts Receivable and Inventory accounts.

• Prepare reports and schedules to support financial reporting, audits, and internal reviews.

• Support continuous improvement of revenue accounting processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.

• Experience working with MVCs, storage contracts, and deferred revenue recognition is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with volume measurement and ticketing systems, as well as pipeline nomination and allocation processes.

• Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems; NetSuite or Oracle experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
