**Requirements:**
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and warm leads from marketing campaigns.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to understand prospects' needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Coordinate demo arrangements for Account Executives.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to continually improve sales strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in inside sales roles.
- Comfortable with outbound cold calling; must possess strong listening and probing skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environment.
Compensation Package:
- $50K base salary uncapped commission.
