They're building a high-caliber sales team and looking for an experienced Business Growth Specialist to spearhead new business development, achieve aggressive growth goals, and thrive in a competitive landscape. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic start-up environment and excels in a fast-paced setting.

**Requirements:**

  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and warm leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to understand prospects' needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate demo arrangements for Account Executives.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to continually improve sales strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience in inside sales roles.
  • Comfortable with outbound cold calling; must possess strong listening and probing skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environment.

Compensation Package:

  • $50K base salary uncapped commission.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • 401K plan with employer match.

Salary : $50,000
