Entry-Level Automotive Industrial Designer

Join Us as an Industrial Designer!

As an Industrial Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our vehicle designs. You’ll focus on both interior and exterior form development, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies into our trucks. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you’ll create high-fidelity sketches and renderings that bring our concepts to life.

• Develop high-quality sketches, renderings, and visual presentations for concept and production vehicle designs.
• Translate design concepts into 3D CAD models, collaborating with digital and physical modeling teams.
• Create cohesive form languages that balance aesthetics, functionality, and technical constraints.
• Work on a variety of vehicle types, including ICE, EV, and autonomous trucks.
• Maintain the digital asset library for future reference and marketing requests.

• Bachelor's degree 

OR

• At least 2 years of industrial design experience

• Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D modeling software.

Experience in transportation, automotive, or industrial design with a focus on form development.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
