Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program

Our FALD Program is a three-year rotational program that gives you the unique opportunities to rotate through various areas of Navistar within accounting, finance and operations, including Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, Purchasing & Logistics, Product Development, Service Parts, and Sales & Distribution.

Responsibilities
- Complete three 12-month rotations in various finance and accounting functions across our company
- Work on meaningful projects and initiatives that impact our business performance and strategy
- Learn from senior leaders and experts in the field of finance and accounting
- Develop your technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Network with other FALD participants and alumni across the company
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
OR
- Master's degree in progress in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
Desired Skills
- Bachelors' or Masters' degree in finance or accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic achievements, internships, extracurricular activities, or volunteer work
- Passion for finance and accounting and a desire to learn and grow
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments
