We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Program Management Office (PMO) for a high-visibility encryption program. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working across teams to track project progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. This role requires strong skills in business analysis, data visualization, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

This role requires strong skills in business analysis, data visualization, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Support PMO operations, assisting with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and key dependencies
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), risk registers, and program dashboards to provide visibility into project status and risks
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable insights for the program team
- Develop clear, concise, and well-structured presentations, reports, and decision-support materials for leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams
- Conduct data analysis and reporting, utilizing tools like Excel and PowerPoint to present findings in a meaningful way
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flows, and decision logs
- Support risk management activities by identifying potential issues, tracking mitigation plans, and ensuring timely resolution
- Recommend process improvements, helping to optimize workflows and increase efficiency within the PMO
- Assist in the preparation of materials for executive briefings, program reviews, and status meetings
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role supporting IT or Government programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), risk registers, and project tracking tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, coordinating between technical and business units
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with cybersecurity, encryption technologies, or IT security best practices
- Familiarity with Government regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA)
- Active IRS MBI Clearance
