Investment Associate

Location: San Francisco or New York

Mi client is an investment firm that provides private debt and preferred equity to sustainable infrastructure projects and are seeking a finance professional with experience in structured finance, private credit, or equity investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment.
• Perform due diligence, industry research, and transaction execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance, compliance, and ESG metrics.
• Engage with stakeholders and support investment decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in finance, private credit, or structured finance.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $150,000 – $175,000 annually.
