What You’ll Do :
The Corporate IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support to corporate end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. They will manage and maintain IT equipment, including installing and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Additionally, they will assist in monitoring networks (LAN, WAN, wireless) and ensuring security and performance.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
System Administration :
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure and cloud-based services.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Perform regular backups, updates, and system maintenance to ensure reliability and security.
- Monitor and manage cybersecurity tools like Microsoft Defender to protect against threats.
