What You’ll Do :
We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead the modernization of our Employee Benefit Management System using a Java and AWS-driven tech stack. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that enhance system efficiency, user experience, and integration with enterprise applications.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Architect and design the revamp of the employee benefits platform, ensuring a modern, cloud-native solution.
- Define the technical strategy, architecture patterns, and best practices for Java and AWS-based development.
- Lead migration and integration efforts with existing enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization in the new system design.
- Oversee API design and microservices architecture, leveraging AWS-native services.
- Implement CI / CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Conduct code reviews, system audits, and performance tuning to maintain high-quality standards.
