Bariatric Surgery OR Technician
Qualifications:
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bariatric and weight-loss surgeries.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
- Scrub experience in laparoscopic and open bariatric procedures.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
- Assists in gastric bypass and weight-loss surgeries.
- Prepares laparoscopic instruments and surgical trays.
- Ensures proper sterilization and handling of equipment.
- Supports the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment.
- Works with the surgical team to optimize patient care.
