Job Title: Cardiac Procedure Specialist - Invasive Cardiology
Duties:
- Assist with preparing patients for cardiac procedures, including positioning and monitoring.
- Operate and monitor equipment during procedures, ensuring all systems function properly.
- Set up and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and equipment.
- Restock supplies and participate in inventory management and product evaluations.
- Support patient transport to and from procedure areas.
- Provide technical support during rotablator and other selective procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly, coordinating repairs when necessary.
- Adhere to infection control and aseptic practices during all procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required by the healthcare team.
Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath or EP lab environment.
- Strong understanding of hemodynamic principles and aseptic techniques.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Foreign medical degree (MBBS) acceptable as a substitute.
