Job Title: Cardiac Rhythm Technician
Duties:
- Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms on telemetry systems.
- Identify and report significant arrhythmias or waveform changes to the clinical team.
- Ensure proper placement of telemetry leads and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Use understanding of cardiac anatomy and medical terminology to provide accurate documentation.
- Participate in patient care planning and emergency response when required.
Skills Required:
- 1 year of experience in acute care with vital signs and telemetry monitoring.
- Proficiency in interpreting EKGs and understanding telemetry readings.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- AHA BLS and EKG certifications required.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,325 - $1,575
