Duties:
- Provide real-time monitoring and documentation of cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients.
- Alert healthcare providers to significant changes in cardiac patterns or vital signs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot telemetry equipment, ensuring proper operation.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Apply knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology daily.
Skills Required:
- Acute care experience of at least 1 year, including vital sign monitoring.
- Competency in reading and analyzing telemetry and EKG waveforms.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- BLS and EKG certifications required.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,300 - $1,600
