Chief Dental Assistant

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of four years of dental assisting experience or completion of an accredited program
  • Strong expertise in general and specialty dental procedures
  • Ability to supervise and train junior dental assistants
  • Advanced knowledge of sterilization, radiography, and infection control

Duties :

  • Lead dental assisting team, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols
  • Provide chairside support during routine and complex dental procedures
  • Oversee sterilization and maintenance of all dental instruments and equipment
  • Assist with scheduling, insurance claims, and administrative duties
  • Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and medical documentation standards

    • Pay : $50 / hr to $55 / hr
